Evgeny introduces you to Russian culture over fresh strawberries (or seasonal fruit) and toasted rye bread spread with ricotta cheese, topped with grilled tomatoes or smoked caviar. Over tea, kvas, and appetizers learn how to cook a 3-course Russian meal. You will help prepare dishes such as okroshka or borscht soup, fried potatoes with pork, fresh dill and basil for a main and a dessert like syrniki, caramelized pancakes.
